By purchasing or activating a subscription through the App via Apple App Store you agree to these Terms in addition to our User Agreement and Privacy Policy If there is any conflict these Terms take precedence for subscription related matters
Baldify offers two types of paid options to access enhanced features including in app purchased coins and subscription services In app purchased coins allow you to use the App s enhanced features for additional times while subscriptions entitle you to unlimited use of the App s enhanced features within a limited period
Subscriptions and in app coin purchases are billed through your Apple App Store account All payments are processed by Apple according to its payment terms
You authorize Apple App Store to charge the payment method associated with your account for the subscription fee or coin purchase amount Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
Available subscription plans such as monthly annual and their current prices as well as the pricing of in app coins are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region or platform Prices are subject to change but any price change will apply only to future renewal periods or future coin purchases You will be notified of any price changes through the Apple App Store
We offer a limited number of trial uses for new users These trial uses are exclusively available to first time users of the App and are limited to a specific count of uses Once the limited trial uses are exhausted new users will need to purchase in app coins or subscribe to a subscription plan to continue using the enhanced features
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period you will retain access to unlimited enhanced features until then In app coin purchases are non refundable once completed
Refunds for subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple according to its refund policies We do not provide direct refunds Please contact Apple Support for any refund requests
A subscription or in app coin purchase does not create a user account within Baldify Your subscription status and coin balance are managed entirely through your Apple App Store account and linked to your device
We may add remove or modify enhanced features accessible via subscription or in app coins from time to time to improve the App Such changes will not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable Apple App Store policies
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription access or coin usage rights if we detect fraud abuse or violation of these Terms or our User Agreement In such cases refunds if any will be handled according to Apple App Store policies
We may update these Terms periodically The updated version will be posted in the App with a revised revision note Continued use of the subscription or in app coins after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
