By downloading installing accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by this Agreement If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use the App All information processed through the App is handled exclusively on your local device no data is transferred off your personal device all information remains solely stored on your own device and all data is permanently deleted when you choose to delete such information from your device the App does not collect any facial data from users at any time
Baldify is an entertainment and appearance preview application designed for fun and humorous purposes It allows users to take or upload a photo and apply a realistic bald effect to visualize how they might look with a bald head The App is intended solely for entertainment self exploration and non medical preview purposes Results generated by the App are simulated and approximate they are not accurate representations and should not be relied upon for any medical professional or decision making purposes All photo processing for the bald effect occurs locally on your device with no data shared or stored outside your personal device and no facial data is collected by the App
The App does not require you to create an account register or provide any personal information to use its features All functionality is available anonymously and immediately upon opening the App As all processing is local and no data is collected you maintain full control of all content on your own device with no external access to your photos or personal visuals
We grant you a limited non exclusive non transferable revocable license to download install and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your own non commercial entertainment use in accordance with this Agreement You may not modify reverse engineer decompile distribute sell or create derivative works based on the App or its technology
When using the App you may take new photos with your device camera or select existing photos from your device library These photos are processed entirely on your local device to apply the bald effect with no external handling or storage of the original or edited visuals You retain all rights to your original photos By using the App you grant us a limited license to process your selected photos temporarily on your device solely to apply the bald effect and generate the preview image consistent with the local only data handling policy where no facial data is collected and all content stays on your device
You are solely responsible for any photos you select or take and for any content you choose to share outside the App We do not monitor review or control shared content and all sharing actions are initiated solely by you from your personal device
You agree to use the App only for lawful personal and entertainment purposes You must not use the App to create or share harmful offensive or inappropriate content attempt to interfere with the App operation security or functionality use the App in any way that violates third party rights including privacy or intellectual property rights or use automated tools or scripts to access or interact with the App
The App may allow you to share edited images directly using your device built in sharing options such as to social media messaging apps or email Any such sharing is managed entirely by your device and your selected sharing platforms We are not responsible for content shared through these external channels and all content shared remains under your sole control as all original processing stays local to your device with no facial data collected by the App
The App including its design code graphics text and bald effect technology is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright trademark and other intellectual property laws You may not copy reproduce or distribute any part of the App except as expressly permitted in this Agreement
The App is provided as is and as available without any warranties of any kind We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted error free or that the generated images will be accurate or realistic Use of the App is at your own risk The bald effect is a simulation created using image processing algorithms and is for entertainment only It does not provide any professional advice or accurate prediction of appearance and all simulation processing occurs locally on your device with no collection of facial data
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law we shall not be liable for any indirect incidental consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App including but not limited to any issues related to generated images or shared content
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice if we believe you have violated this Agreement or for any other reason Upon termination your license to use the App ends immediately and all local content on your device remains under your sole control with no residual data held by the App
We may update the App from time to time with new features bug fixes or improvements We may also modify this Agreement Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms The latest version will always be available within the App or on the relevant app store page
This Agreement is governed by applicable law principles focused on general consumer and digital service regulations without reference to specific territorial conflict of law rules
